i think it was awesome though i hadnt really visually watched it.

And yesterday marks the launching of Linkin Park's new album.
After Meteora album, i hadnt been listening much to them.
and that they've been experimenting new genres (which personally i dont really like)
But nevertheless, I'm as curious as i was with Minutes to Midnight.
Dont disappoint pls.
Lol.

Currently trying their album Mutter (which i kinda liked it)
Not exactly a new band, cuz i've heard Sz mentioned them before.

Stronger Dose Please

I lurve Mondays.

Lec was fine.
I was unusually early for lec.
And, there's a "Perfect Competition" Surprise next Monday.
And, a PBF Surprise next Wed.
Guess, i'll be stuck @ home this weekend to mug. =S

Met with Sz today for quick lunch @ AMK Hub.
since I've ended my class, while he's going to school for proj.
Ended up he had already eaten or something, so he sat there and accompany/watch me eat.
=/
AND, i've forgotten to pass him his mags and Jeffrey Michael (again)

Was randomly listening to the band songs that i've played back in secondary school years last weekend.
Alleluia, Caccia & Chorale, Free World Fantasy, Mambo Magic...
I had denied more than once, saying that i dont have good memories of band days...
I had more than a couple of times, saying that the best thing about leaving secondary school is that i no longer have to attend band practices.
But i hadda admit, i kindof miss those days on stage playing as a band...
having to count the rest bars, stuffing the mutes into the bells, clearing the saliva, lip slurs, tongue-ing, fanfares, solos, pitching high high C, etc.
There was an overwhelming sense of fulfillment
And i'm hoping is to have one last chance to play all these pieces + Japanese Graffiti XII + Sound of Brazil + Laputa + Abba Gold with a band...

Randomly, i've told Sz about this little wish over lunch today...
And he said its prolly "Nodame Cantabile" effect.
LOL.
Funny as ever.

Music's like drugs
It could be overdosage of Belle & Sebastian
That they no longer gives me the same fulfilling effect -
The lost charm and appeal that once overwhelmed the soul.
Like drugs, i need a stronger dose of music today
to bring me to the same level of satisfaction and fulfillment
And the taste just got heavier.

Him: wise words huh... lol.
Him: okay it's my birthday and i wish that..........EVERYONE GETS A DAY OFF TODAY! oh guess what? my wish came true :D

So i've got a day off from ECON on Monday, and since stat has ended, i had today (tue) off as well.. and i've been... studying! LOL. Credits to Tiffany. She went "it's just another 4 months to exams". I tried to forget what she had said...

Disclaimer: Such happy songs causes hallucinations. I start to see yellow, pink and neon green flowers swaying in the wind with butterflies fluttering their wings and yellow birds chirping on trees. And before you know it, you start to hum the songs, smile like an idiot and dance around your room. The very next thing that is going to happen, you will start to buy yellow-neon pink-green things and ADORE your pink room.

Random Ramblings
hadnt been thinking very deeply these days. Maybe i've finally learnt to relish small pleasures in life. Or maybe, it's just effects of prolonged blasting of B&S on lappy. I dont really know. I had never liked my pink room (though some of my friends had gone ra-rahhh about it). And most importantly, i had never liked happy songs. So, whats really happening? I cant believe that I've a sudden thought of ditching metal songs for B&S kindof songs. (P.S. Sz would prolly kill his proud apprentice (yours truly) if he hears this. Lol.)
